Remote areas: 5–7 business days

All TCL products sold by TCL Kenya come with a manufacturer’s warranty:
TVs & Audio: 2 years
Refrigerators, ACs, Washing Machines: 2 years (compressor: up to 5 years)
Accessories (remote, cables, etc.): 6 months

Yes, under our 24-Hour Return Policy:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
You pay for return shipping (or bring it to our office).
Refund is processed within 7–10 business days (minus a 10% restocking fee).
Note: Opened electronics (e.g., TV screen protection removed) cannot be returned unless defective.
